Welcome back to the new tax season, and thank you for your continued trust and patience. As we move forward this year, all appointments will now be scheduled through a live operator to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Due to a recent decline in my health, my available working hours will be reduced, and phone interviews will be strongly encouraged in place of in-person appointments whenever possible. To further streamline the process, all required documents must be uploaded in full before an appointment can be scheduled. If your a GROUP/FAMILY filing taxes, EVERYONE must UPLOAD their docs INDIVIDUALLY. Our operator will review each submission prior to confirming your appointment and will contact you if any documents are missing or require reupload. These changes are necessary to reduce delays, protect my health, and ensure each client receives focused and efficient service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we begin the new tax season.
